The Full Service
Regence Group is the authorised service centre for Maurice Lacroix in Singapore. A Maurice Lacroix timepiece is built to accompany its owner for a lifetime, and the full service restores both the function and the appearance of the watch, carried out to the standards set by the manufacture.
I
Preliminary Appraisal
On receipt, the timepiece is examined in full. The bracelet or strap is removed for inspection, the movement is checked, and every function of the watch is verified. A detailed estimate is prepared and submitted for your approval before any work begins.
II
Service of the Case
The watch is fully dismantled, including the removal of the crystal, crown, and pushers. The case and bracelet are cleaned using ultrasonic equipment. Polishing is available on request.

Service of the Movement
The movement is dismantled to its constituent parts and cleaned using ultrasonic equipment. Worn or defective components are replaced. The movement is then reassembled, lubricated, and adjusted, and the watch is rebuilt complete with dial and hands.

Quality Control
Every function specific to the model is verified, including the winding mechanism and power reserve. The bracelet or strap is refitted, and the completed timepiece receives a final aesthetic inspection before it is returned to you.
